THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM OCTOBER 6TH TO 8TH 2025 FOR GENERAL MAINTENANCE.

Air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:


• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will request a cash deposit that will vary between USD 50 and USD 200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights reserved.

Guest access is allowed as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded. Access to the building is through a two-way street, they will have a parking space available inside the building and at no additional cost, upon arrival you must ask the residential security guard to allow you to enter the parking lot.

In the area, a vehicle is not required, you will get everything nearby and the beach is a few steps away, and you can use the private access that the residential has, in case you do not want to rent or travel with your own car, you can hire uber to your service or use public transportation.

When you arrive at the residence you will be greeted by security personnel who will be previously informed of your arrival, they will show you the rules of the residence and then we can proceed to check in at the apartment.

Inside you can get a spacious living room with a dining area, and a direct view of the balcony, from where you will have a direct view of the residential pool. The property has 2 bedrooms, the first with a king size bed and a private bathroom that you access after the walk in closet, the second room has a king size bed, walking closet and a bathroom shared with the living room of the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your preparations, including a large refrigerator to store your food and keep your drinks cold. We will leave water, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar so you don't have to worry about those small details upon your arrival.

In the bathrooms you will get toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner for your arrival, we want to offer the greatest possible comfort for the first night so you can relax.
