We invite you to stay in our cozy studio apartment, located in an exclusive adults-only residential community. It offers a peaceful, comfortable, and fully equipped environment, ideal for guests traveling for work or remote professionals. Enjoy excellent amenities, reliable internet, and the perfect space to stay productive and relax.
A fully operational restaurant and bar are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at an additional cost. The property also offers a spacious shared office area, ideal for holding meetings comfortably. The residential complex is located just a few meters from the downtown area, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks. Almost everything you may need is within close reach. In addition, the location is very convenient, as it is situated directly across from the highway.
Electricity is not included in the rental price and is charged based on actual consumption. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate the total. As a general reference, with normal use of air conditioning, daily electricity costs are approximately USD 5 to 10 for a one-bedroom unit, USD 8 to 15 for a two-bedroom unit, and USD 11 to 20 for a three-bedroom unit. Upon arrival, a cash deposit ranging from USD 50 to 200 is required, depending on the number of nights booked.
During your stay, you may also request additional services such as daily housekeeping, transportation, and assistance with restaurant and event reservations. These services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Airport transfers are available at a cost of USD 45 per trip. A special round-trip rate of USD 80 is also available.

• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.
