Pet and Smoking Policies: Please note that pets are not allowed, and the apartment is non-smoking, ensuring a fresh and allergen-free environment for all guests.

-ELECTRICITY
The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:
• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.
We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.

The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 80 dollars.
You will be at Maple Beach, a residential area located less than 5 minutes from the access to Cortecito Beach in Punta Cana. Our penthouse is situated on the fourth floor, with easy and convenient access via elevators.
Our space stands out for its spaciousness and comfort. The penthouse features two levels, two furnished terraces overlooking the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, we provide 77-inch televisions, air conditioning in all areas, and a washer/dryer for our guests' convenience.

El Cortecito, is one of the most touristic sectors in the area, within a short walking distance you will get more than 40 different entertainment options, souvenirs, restaurants, bars and many more.
The location of our property is privileged because you can walk anywhere, however, as it is in front of a main avenue, public transport is easy to get or private transport arrives easily.
