This pent house of 120 m2 plus 50 m2 of private terrace is located in the Eden Caribe Residential, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, wifi internet, air conditioning, terrace with barbecue for your exclusive use.

You can walk to the beach and you'll find restaurants, food delivery services and minimarkets.

When you arrive at the residence you will be greeted by security personnel who will be previously informed of your arrival, they will show you the rules of the residence and then we can proceed to check in at the apartment.

Inside you can get a spacious living room with a dining area, and a direct view of the balcony, from where you will have a direct view of the residential pool. The property has 2 bedrooms, the first with a king size bed and a private bathroom that you access after the walk in closet, the second room has a king size bed, walking closet and a bathroom shared with the living room of the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your preparations, including a large refrigerator to store your food and keep your drinks cold. We will leave water, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar so you don't have to worry about those small details upon your arrival.

In the bathrooms you will get toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner for your arrival, we want to offer the greatest possible comfort for the first night so you can relax.

The spaciousness of the apartment and the common areas is something that you will enjoy about our accommodation, having a swimming pool and large green areas, with a panoramic view of the entire residential complex.

You will always have our help if you require special services.

ELECTRICITY

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the energy cost based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity within the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering normal use of said equipment:

• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.

• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.

• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.

We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50-$200 upon arrival depending on the number of nights reserved.

-TRANSFER FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT.

The airport pick-up service costs $45 each way and if you want the round trip there will be a special price of $80.

The apartment is for your private use, the common areas are spacious so you always feel a comfortable space for enjoyment and if you want some privacy, the private terrace will give you that spatial space to meet with your friends or family to enjoy an excellent evening.

We love being able to be with you at check-in and check-out, that way we can show you the entire property and answer any questions our guests may have.

Likewise, we can offer a large number of complementary services, which you can request prior to your arrival to have a planned schedule or request upon arrival and we will share the information as soon as possible.
