2 bedrooms: $8 to $15 USD per day.

3 bedrooms: $11 to $20 USD per day.

A cash deposit between $50 and $200 USD will be required upon arrival, depending on the length of stay.

On the second level it has a living room area with a 70-inch television and a sofa bed, an additional bathroom and a terrace so you can enjoy the Caribbean climate.

The residential has a spectacular pool area and is located just steps from El Cortecito beach, where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants and bars.

You will get all the activities very close to the residential area.

The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment:

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment without restrictions. Some building rules must be respected, such as quiet times and rules of coexistence. The rules of the residence are posted in the common areas of the residence.

The host team will be available for any inquiries or assistance needed during the stay, ensuring a worry-free experience.
