The apartment is located in Building 3, unit 3403 of the Kasa residential community, in Downtown Punta Cana — right next to our unit 3404. It is an open-plan studio, with no balcony. We offer in-person check-in, adjusting to the guest's requirements; for self check-ins, the security deposit must be confirmed in advance. At check-in and check-out we verify the property's electric meter reading, since electricity is billed as an additional charge based on actual consumption recorded during the stay. Maximum capacity: 4 guests.

Guests will have access to all common areas of the community, keeping in mind that some may have specific access hours. General community guidelines and their details are posted in the common areas of the residential community. Being a studio, the main bed and sofa bed share the same open space, with no separate bedroom.

We prefer in-person check-in, but we adapt to each guest's needs. During the stay, guests have full independence and can reach us anytime they need assistance — we're always available. Emergencies during the stay are handled directly by our team.
