Parties or events that disturb the tranquility of the condominium are not permitted.

Towels are property of the residence; if used outside the property, they must be returned to the apartment.

Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and must be paid separately according to actual consumption.

External visitors are only allowed with prior authorization.

Starlink internet is available; occasional interruptions may occur due to the area.

If you wish to travel to Santo Domingo, you’ll need to depart from the main bus terminal in Friusa.

Only one street away, the local bus runs every 30 minutes, making it easy to get around Bávaro and the nearby areas.

You’ll also find plenty of taxis, private transfers, and tourist shuttles available.

If you’re driving, the condominium offers private parking on-site.

The Punta Cana International Airport is located about 25 minutes away by car (approx. 20 km), ensuring a smooth arrival and departure.
