ELECTRICITY

Electricity is not included in the rental rate. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out, and the cost will be calculated based on actual consumption. As a general reference, normal air conditioning usage costs approximately:

1 bedroom: $5 to $10 USD per day

2 bedrooms: $8 to $15 USD per day

3 bedrooms: $11 to $20 USD per day

A cash security deposit between $50 and $200 USD will be required upon arrival depending on the number of nights booked. This deposit will be returned at check-out once consumption and the condition of the apartment have been verified.

The snack bar operates daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Some of the complex sports courts are nearing completion. The Crystal Lagoon and pools are fully operational.

The apartment is fully furnished in a modern yet warm style, where every detail was chosen with your comfort in mind. All 3 bedrooms feature high-quality queen beds and individual air conditioning, allowing each guest to set their own preferred temperature. The 3 full bathrooms plus a half bath are finished to a high standard, ensuring space and privacy for everyone in your group.

The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the stacked washer and dryer make an extended stay feel just as comfortable as being at home. The private balcony overlooking the lagoon is the perfect spot to start your morning with a coffee or end your evening with a drink while taking in the Caribbean scenery.

Within the complex you will find everything you need without ever leaving: the Crystal Lagoon with its white sand private beach, adult and children pools, a snack bar open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, illuminated jogging track, kayak, padel, beach volleyball, and recreation areas. All of this within a fully gated community with 24-hour private security, ensuring complete peace of mind throughout your stay.

And if you want to make your visit even more special, our team can arrange additional services such as a private chef, daily housekeeping, in-apartment massages, special decoration, or airport transfers, all with just 48 hours notice.

APARTMENT ACCESS

Guests will have full access to all areas of the apartment, including all 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry area, and private balcony. The apartment includes 2 assigned parking spaces included in the rental.

EXTERNAL VISITORS

External visitors are allowed with prior authorization from the host. To register a visitor at the security checkpoint, their government-issued ID must be submitted in advance. The number of visitors must not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment at any time.

PETS

We welcome pets subject to prior consultation and host approval. Please reach out before booking to confirm availability based on the type and size of your pet.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the private balcony with doors closed, and in designated outdoor areas within the complex.

PARTIES AND EVENTS

Parties and events of any kind are strictly not permitted inside the apartment or in the common areas of the complex.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM out of respect for other residents and guests in the building.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We are flexible with early check-in if the apartment is available and ready, at no extra charge. Late check-out is subject to availability and an additional fee may apply.

CHILDREN AND INFANTS

We welcome guests of all ages including infants and children. The complex is a safe and family-friendly environment ideal for family travel.

HOUSE RULES

The complex has internal community guidelines that apply to all guests. These can be reviewed at the common areas of the building. Compliance with these rules is required throughout the entire stay.

During your stay I will be your main point of contact, available both digitally and in person when needed. You will also have a co-host available on-site to assist with anything that may come up during your visit.

You can reach us at any time through the Airbnb platform or via WhatsApp. Our response time is within 1 hour during office hours. For emergencies outside of those hours, our contact numbers are available on the platform and in the welcome message you will receive before your arrival.

We typically conduct check-in in person to give you a warm welcome and walk you through the apartment. If your arrival falls outside regular hours or you prefer a self check-in, you will receive all the information needed to access the property independently. The apartment features an electronic lock with a digital code and complex access is managed through a QR code system, making the process quick, simple, and secure at any time of day.

Once check-in is complete you will have full privacy throughout your stay. We will not visit the apartment unless you request it. We respect your space and your time.

Our team communicates in Spanish and English, and we have a team member who speaks French, so we can assist you comfortably regardless of your language.

The Beach is located in the heart of Downtown Punta Cana, one of the fastest-growing and best-developed areas in the Caribbean. Everything you need is just minutes away: shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and world-class entertainment.

Less than 5 minutes away you'll find Downtown Mall and San Juan Shopping Center, with stores, restaurants, and services. Blue Mall Punta Cana, one of the most upscale shopping centers in the country, is just 10 minutes away. Parking

The complex offers private parking available for guests. Access is controlled by 24-hour security, so your vehicle will be safe at all times.

Ride-hailing apps such as InDrive and Uber operate actively in the area and are the most convenient and affordable way to get around Punta Cana.
