Electricity usage:

Electricity is charged based on your actual consumption during the stay. Readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and the final amount is paid at the end of your stay. This ensures you only pay for what you use.

Security deposit:

A refundable deposit between USD 50 and 200 is required at check-in (depending on the length of stay). It will be fully refunded at checkout, as long as there are no damages or pending charges.

Residential environment:

This apartment is part of a private and peaceful residential community. For the comfort of all residents, parties and loud music are not allowed. You are welcome to enjoy your stay in a respectful and relaxed atmosphere.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Guest registration:

For security purposes, all guests must be registered at check-in.
